Samfastigheter chooses WaaS - Workplace as a Service

In conversation with Samfastigheter there was a clear desire to have more time to do what they do best, to run and develop their own business, without having to waste a lot of unnecessary time on all the other things that one needs to take care of in a workplace. They simply wanted to have better opportunities to fully focus on their business and at the same time have access to a workplace where everything works, maintains high standards and is imbued with sustainability at all levels.

At the same time, it was clear that a solution was needed that would not stand in the way of rapid change. With short leases of 6 months, to create opportunities for rapid scale-up and downsizing, flexibility was a key word for Samfastigheter. In other words, buying machines such as copiers and coffee machines for hundreds of thousands of SEK with contract periods of 36-48 months was completely out of the question, without the solution having to match the lease agreements in 6 months.

With our Workplace as a Service service, which provides all services to the workplace in a 6-month notice agreement, they were able to find the flexible and sustainable solution they have been looking for for a long time.

They will manage all aspects of Samfastigheter's workplace and ensure that everything is consistently high and is imbued with sustainability at all levels. All enquiries, extras, services, support requests and so on go through our Workplace Success, while Samfastigheter can fully focus on its core business.
