Leader of the Year 2020 Katarina Czarnecki.

We are extremely proud that Katarina Czarnecki, Head of Workplace at XLNT Workplace, has been nominated as one of three final finalists as Workplace Leader of the Year at the Clean Bright Awards. The jury's rationale says a lot!

What drive and commitment this woman has. Today, the company has 70 employees and this obviously requires a supervisor. She is dutiful, ambitious and an extremely humble boss towards her co-workers. She rules with an iron fist but always has a smile on her face. Not only does she always do her job in an excellent way, she is customer-oriented and interested in developing new innovative solutions for her clients, facilitating work from an ergonomic perspective for her employees, and pursuing business development related issues. Catherine is a real Superwoman who should be praised.

We of course pay tribute to Katarina, who is a tremendous asset for XLNT Workplace, especially in the way we work, where management is the primary contact person for the objects they are responsible for, while they have performance responsibility for KPIs internally as well as externally.

XLNT Workplace was nominated as the industry's promise of the future in 2015 and since then we have enjoyed strong growth, which has allowed us to hire more employees and grow as an organization. To make this continue in the same direction, the role of the work leader is extremely important. Katarina herself always says that it is the local caretakers who are our greatest asset while at the same time it is a joint work. Our staff turnover of less than 5% speaks its own language, while we have had a customer retention rate of over 90% historically, everyone does a fantastic job and Katarina is a tremendous asset.

Katarina has also been self-employed and is a mother of several children, so she really manages to keep a lot of balls in the air! During Covid-19, she has also started and managed several complex assignments, adapted methods and training to meet the needs of our customers such as zoning and shift work. Katarina is also certified and trained in several areas that make her collective expertise even stronger, she knows everything from hygienic cleaning to certified and trained in ATP measurement, PRYL and INSTA-800.

Katarina's drive and joy is a great asset to everyone at XLNT Workplace and we are extremely excited that she is joining us on our journey of the future!
