XLNT Workplace in numbers.

The previous year was a different year, yet XLNT Workplace continued to grow while achieving several of our key metrics.

Serious incidents: 0, which was also the goal, safety is something that is very important to us.

Staff turnover: 5%, employee turnover is a figure that can tell a lot, it is a low figure overall and not only in terms of our industry. For us, this means that we succeed in an important part of our own workplace strategy; being able to attract the right people to XLNT Workplace and that they want to stay. This also means that we can offer continuity in our offering and can continue to strengthen it through skills development.

NMI: 87 Employee Satisfaction Index, although it is a very good result, the goal is very high and the target was at least 90. XLNT Workplace has a vision of not only being the best choice for customers, but also employees'.

Customer retention: 96% a very high figure that we measure annually, customer retention says a lot about what kind of company we are, the high figure (which is over 90%) historically means that we pretty much retain all of our customers.

NKI: 78 Satisfied-Customer-Index, the target was 80, so we did not reach all the way forward. We received very good feedback from our customers last year in the latest survey for which we then developed an action plan for which was then emailed out, we hope that we will manage to get a higher rating this year. The biggest challenge of the previous year was clearly that, like most of the others, we had to work our knees together in order to make schedules and similar work together with more sick leave than normal.

Turnover: 32 Million +20%, we became a Gazell company again and it is great that we managed to continue to grow despite Corona, we who work with workplaces have seen a natural, but at the same time drastic reduction in several of our services as there is such a large proportion working from home and many office workplaces are empty. This has led to a decrease in revenues from consumables and traditional services linked to the office workplace in particular. The fact that we continue to grow organically while retaining virtually all of our customers and employees is a lot of fun, it means we can continue to create jobs while doing so in a sustainable way!
