What is included and why book office cleaning with us? Checklist & Benefits

When you choose office cleaning with XLNT Workplace, you know you're in good hands. We started as a clean cleaning company with a sustainable focus in 2014, in 2015 we were the youngest company to be Svanenbranded.

Even today, we carry out all cleaning services entirely on our own, without subcontractors, with our own work management because we know that it works. Cleaning is the basis for the majority of all FM contracts or end-to-end solutions and it is a service that just has to work, no one wants to follow up with the cleaning company.

Checklist office cleaning - our job description

We always start from a standard template for office cleaning, which includes the following elements divided by room type:

Kitchen/Dining Room

  • Emptying trash cans
  • Vacuuming/dry mopping and moisture mopping
  • Sink, sink and countertop wiping
  • Wiping of the micro outside and inside, and the coffee machine outside
  • Wiping chairs and tables
  • Picking in and out of dishwasher
  • Staining of tiled surfaces
  • Exterior stain removal of kitchen cabinets and appliances
  • Dehumidifying Coffee Machine
  • Staining of glass surfaces, doors and window sills
  • Wipe off moldings and switches
  • Vacuuming any upholstered furniture

  • Emptying trash cans
  • Vacuuming/dry mopping and moisture mopping
  • Deflection of door, door handle and lamp button
  • Cleaning the sink and toilet
  • Cleaning of adjacent sanitary spaces
  • Cleaning mirrors
  • Replenishment of consumables
  • Cleaning of any bathroom cabinet and door outside
  • Cleaning of any shower/walk-in shower

Entrance hall, lounge, reception

  • Emptying trash cans
  • Vacuuming/dry mopping and moisture mopping
  • Wiping of horizontal surfaces
  • Staining of glass surfaces, window sills and doors
  • Wipe off moldings and switches
  • Vacuuming any upholstered furniture

Office space, corridor

  • Emptying trash cans
  • Pick dishes and put in dishwasher
  • Vacuuming/dry mopping and moisture mopping
  • Wiping of horizontal surfaces
  • Wiping office desks
  • Emptying waste paper containers
  • Staining of glass surfaces, window sills and doors
  • Wipe off moldings and switches
  • Vacuuming any upholstered furniture

Conference room, meeting room

  • Emptying trash cans
  • Vacuuming/dry mopping and moisture mopping
  • Wiping of horizontal surfaces, chairs and tables
  • Cleaning the Whiteboard, do not notice if it says “LET STAND”
  • Pick dishes and put in dishwasher
  • Staining of glass surfaces, window sills and doorsDrying of moldings and switches
  • Vacuuming any upholstered furniture

Staircase

  • Vacuuming/dry mopping and moisture mopping
  • Wiping of horizontal surfaces

Other rooms

  • Vacuuming/dry mopping and moisture mopping
  • Wiping of free surfaces
  • Staining of glass surfaces and doors
  • Wiping window sills, moldings and switches

Cleaning takes place to a height of 180cm. Desktops are wiped only if there is open space available.

  • Our supervisors are trained and certified and of course also have a mandate to be suitable as contact persons for you, as we advocate short decision paths, clear communication and quick solutions.
  • Since we do not use subcontractors and management are the ones who count on items (instead of sales as is usually the case) - you get a price, adapted not only for your location but also for your specific wishes and requirements to a quality we can be proud of and you will be satisfied with.
  • The materials, tools and means we need to perform our job are normally included in the price.
  • Replenishment of hygiene products included (refilling/hygiene products not included)
  • Authorized Service Company, member of Almega, collective agreement, ongoing control, etc. Read more about it here.
  • ISO certified for environment and quality
  • Keep an eye on our cleaning quality, on an aggregate level, as well as per supervisor and on an object level. Our cleaning quality has been consistently between 3.8-3.9 on a 4-point scale applied in office environments.
  • All quality checks are carried out (at startup, your supervisor books the whole year's quality checks), if you do not want to, or can participate, you will have the control sent to you with pictures and quality ratings. *
  • Trained local carers with collective agreements and ID06 ID
