Spread of infection in the workplace - hygiene products for employees

Woman washes her hands with water, it shines pink light on the water

We get a lot of questions about what we can do, but at the same time we also get a lot of questions about what our customers can do for their employees who want to be involved in reducing the spread of infection in the workplace.

We have the privilege of seeing many different workplaces and being in contact with very dedicated customers who come up with very good ideas and solutions and we should not take all the credit for the hygiene kits that are very popular and at the same time very practical because they solve a lot of the “holes” in the hygiene routines that might otherwise arise.

Our hygiene kits have been developed in collaboration with one of our customers who has responsibility for workplaces on a global level with offices in over 30 countries. Dealing with Corona and the spread of infection in workplaces in different countries with thousands of employees presents of course tough challenges, part of the solution has been to provide everyone with their own hygiene kit.

Why hygiene kits?

It is a very simple way to ensure that everyone has what they need to be able to clean their own workstation, in addition, it is becoming even more common with activity-based offices that are now starting to move towards hybrid models where you work from home and from the office.

Expanded cleaning with extra focus on contact areas is something that pretty much every major business has today (which is in the office) and it certainly helps, but they can't be everywhere all the time, at the same time it becomes a very impractical and unsustainable situation economically if we look to slightly larger offices with several floors and thousands of square meters. if we would have hygiene hosts who will clean after each person leaves their workplace.

Our hygiene kits contain what you need and we often see that they are also personal because the question has come up about who cleans the spray bottles if they are not?

What does a hygiene kit include?

A hygiene kit includes:

A small spray bottle for surface disinfection, to be able to wipe your own desk, keyboard or handle, for example.

A small pump bottle for hand disinfection to be able to spray their hands if necessary.

A box in plexiglass that has space for the two bottles and cleaning cloths to be able to wipe surfaces.

Own labels in accordance with the company's brand guidelines (this is also why we switched to plexiglass because we noticed that it became very expensive for
the customer if the box would otherwise be processed and painted to be approved by the marketing department.)

What does it cost?

Hygiene kit with bottles, box and own labels costs 294 SEK.
Filling materials are purchased in bulk so the price will be lower than
disposable bottles would cost the cleaning cloths cost about 35 kr.

Is this something for us?

Yes, what we have heard from our customers is something that is very practical because it gives everyone the opportunity to maintain a high standard of hygiene, after all, it is possible to set up a couple of stands with non-contact dispensers here and there and then it becomes quite quickly more expensive than equipping everyone with their own hygiene kits.

If you are active based or worried about whether it is clean (because what you want to get away is invisible) it is very nice to have what you need yourself.
